Hawaiian Chicken Recipe


What You Need:


3 Chicken Breasts

2 c pineapple juice

Pineapple chunks

1 tsp  Ginger

Salt & Pepper

1 cup chopped onion

Onion and Garlic Powder

3/4 C Ketchup

1 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 1/2 Tsp Worcestershire

1 cup Brown Sugar

1/4 cup Flour

2 Tbsp Butter


I started out melting the butter in a pan and sautéing the chopped onion until it started to brown. During this time, I put the chicken in my crock pot, which I put on high. Mix all other ingredients except for the flour and pineapple chunks and mix together! Once everything is mixed as one, I added the flour and poured it over the onions.

Cover for about 5 minutes and the sauce will start to thicken.

I poured the sauce mixture over chicken and added the pineapple chunks to help give more of that hawaiian flavor while it cooked! I then put it on low once everything was in there and cooked for 8 hours. Shred and serve on a bun!
