What You Need:
1/2 c Pumpkin Puree
1/4 c Powdered Sugar
2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 C white chocolate
1 C vanilla chocolate
1/2 c vanilla wafer crumbs
6 ox Cream Cheese
First, you’ll want to put the pumpkin, cream cheese, vanilla wafer crumbs, pumpkin spice and powdered sugar together. Use a hand mixer to mix them into one.
Heat up 1 C of the white chocolate. When it melts, you’ll want to add it to the mixture and use your hand mixer to mix it all into one as well.
Put entire bowl into the freezer for about a half hour. Also taste to make sure you don’t need more sugar or spices!
When you take the bowl out of the freezer, you can roll little balls. If they are really soft, you can freeze them again before adding chocolate! Otherwise, heat up your Vanilla chocolate and pour it over the balls.
